You lose your shot at a huge job opportunity, or get rejected by your dream date. Not because you aren't a match, but because you got nervous and acted a bit awkward.

I always feel like I'm lacking a rehearsal space for those big moments in life. That's exactly why we built YourPath at HackEurope. It is a gamified app that generates customized, realistic simulations for high-stakes situations.

Real-time emotion evaluation

A simulation is only useful if it gives actionable feedback. To make this work, we optimized a Facial Emotion Recognition model and a Speech Emotion Recognition model directly for the app.

The technical constraint was strict: we needed real-time performance with minimal latency. The system evaluates your performance on the fly, scoring you based on facial expressions and the tone of your voice as you navigate the scenario.
